Steve started his career at Merrill Lynch where he gained invaluable experience in deal structuring, financial analysis, and strategic planning. He then went on to work at Gottesman Company where he further honed his skills in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), and debt and equity financing.

Throughout his career, Steve has built a reputation for his ability to provide innovative and strategic solutions to complex financial challenges.
